Dominique Greene, DNP, APRN


 

Nurse Practitioner

Dominique Greene is a Nurse Practitioner who joined Southern Interventional Pain Center in November 2021. She is a graduate from The University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Behavior, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She is board certified with The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Dominique has an extensive history of caring for critically ill patients at UF Health and Lake City Medical Center. She has a passion for taking care of “the whole patient” and acknowledging the role that mental and spiritual health have in managing chronic pain. She lives in Lake City with her husband, dog, and 2 cats. Dominique is an active member of her church and community. In her spare time, she volunteers with The White Springs Fire Department as a Florida Certified Fire Fighter, cheers for the Florida Gators, and enjoys travelling.
